Nurse-Family Partnership
We connect first-time pregnant women with a Nurse who provides the family with information and connects them to community resources. When the baby arrives we can support you with feeding information, safe sleep and baby cues information continuing to support you through this transition as a new mother. The answer can help answer all those questions you never knew you would have.
Nurse-Family Partnership, administered through Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, Towanda Campus, provides the support and information you need as you prepare for your new baby’s arrival.
Nurse-Family Partnership offers free education on:
• Pregnancy and childbirth
• Breast and bottle-feeding
• Preparing you for the arrival of your newborn
• Baby’s growth and development
Your NFP Nurse is also available to:
• Answer your pregnancy and parenting questions
• Connect you with community resources
• Support you in reaching life goals
