Bradford Sullivan Infant/Toddler Early Intervention Program
Early Intervention (EI) supports families who have children birth to three years old experiencing developmental delays or medical conditions that may cause developmental delay. Through coaching, EI helps caregivers build learning opportunities into natural activities and routines that occur during their child’s daily life. It promotes team work among parents, service providers, medical teams, and other caregivers. Eligibility is based on standardized testing, the child’s medical history and informed clinical opinion. Parents are the lead in developing a roadmap, including supports and services, to help them meet their child’s needs. Service Coordination is provided to help families manage their EI program and to help locate and access community resources as needed.
Services may include:
· Occupational, Speech, or Physical therapy.
· Early Interventionist/special Instruction including vision and hearing specialists.
· Developmental screening and tracking.
· Feeding Team.
· Positive Behavior Support.
· Other services as determined necessary by the team.
Service Location:

Miracles in Disguise Facebook Page:
Sometimes we think miracles only occur when situations turn out exactly the way we think they should. In my case, the miracle is that my son is who he is,in spite of all that he has been through.
Miracles in Disguise Facebook Group is designed to give families in Northeast PA a place to meet and chat with other families who have their own Little Miracle. This is a closed group and is a safe place to ask questions, post information, and share the journey of raising a child with special needs.
