It's Spring Family Carnival Time!

Spring is almost here, which means it’s time for the Spring Family Carnival! Join us at the Vineyard Church, 45 Charleston St., Wellsboro, on Saturday, March 28 from 12–3 PM as we turn the church into a FREE family fun zone. Enjoy carnival games, inflatables, face painting, great food, and more. Bring the family, invite your neighbors, and celebrate the season with an afternoon of fun and community.

Endless Mountain Behavioral Health Center’s BALM Family Recovery Services will offer a 12‑week online TEAMS course beginning Wednesday, February 11, 2026, providing information, transformation, and support for families in recovery. The program is funded by Bradford/Sullivan County Drug and Alcohol. See flyer for further details.

The Pennsylvania State Interagency Coordinating Council (SICC) invites families with children in Early Intervention and LICC parent co‑chairs to join the SICC Family Meet & Greet on Thursday, April 2nd, from 11:30am–12:30pm on Zoom. It’s a great chance to connect with other EI families, learn about the role of the SICC, and explore ways to get involved. Zoom details will be emailed a few days after you register. The SICC meeting follows at 12:30pm — participation is encouraged but not required.

Are you a grandparent or older adult raising children through adoption or stepping in when they needed you most? You’re not alone. SAFE Legacy offers a welcoming space to connect with others, learn about helpful resources, and build community while the kids play or make crafts. Join SAFE’s meeting on April 3rd at 6pm at 213 Main St, Towanda, PA 18848, where an advocate from the Abuse & Rape Crisis Center (ARCC) will share support and information on trauma therapy and advocacy. Are you pregnant or a parent/caregiver of a child from birth to age five in Pennsylvania?

If so, OCDEL invites you to register for the Lifting Family Voices: Using Your Story to Strengthen Programs and Spark Change workshop on May 20th, 8:30am–4:30pm in Allegheny County. Participants will learn tools for developing and sharing their family story to help influence improvements in maternal and early childhood programs.

Childcare and travel reimbursement (including lodging for those traveling over 50 miles) is available within guidelines for non‑IU 11 employees.

Registration is due by April 20, 2026, and seats are limited.
